To all pilots in the Catch region,
Given the recent turn of mercenary events in and around the IAC controlled constellations we regretfully have to enforce an NBSI policy. Sadly, this goes against every ideal IAC set out to achieve, but will only be in place while the Mercenary conflict ensues. We will update this post as the situation changes.
To Clarify.
The entirety of the JZV Constellation will be under NBSI rules until further notice.
The F4R-2Q solarsystem with 'The Bottleshop' outpost will remain NRDS until further notice.
Apologies to those whom get caught in the conflict however the recent abuse of our policies with unidentified haulers has raised considerable suspicion and must be dealt with.
Any corps or alliances wishing to clarify their standings with us, please contact pilots listed in the IAC Alliance information screen.

Originally by: Durvaul ISS standings to IAC will remain NAP i take it? Or will we be fired upon
Clarification please
NBSI - Not Blue, Shoot Immediately
ISS are NAP and blue aren't you?
Im aware of what NSBI means Mate, none of our alliance know since ur announcment, if u could check and repost i will relay to alliance
Thanks
Hi Durvual,
IAC is under strict instructions NOT to fire on Blue within our space, and thus we will not fire on ISS. In fact the decision to leave F4R2-Q as a NRDS zone is to allow continued trade with your neighbouring stations and respecting the travel rights of neutrals. Should this be abused, we will be forced to change the rules for F4RQ-2.
For pilots whom are blue and not part of the actual effort to defend IAC space, I wouldn't push my luck loitering around gates, pos' and stations. It is upto fleet commanders to deal with the situations as they arise, which in 9 out of 10 cases will just result in being asked to move along.
If there are any incidents, please report them to me and I will have them actioned. We realise The Priory standings changes may have taken some time and thus gave a little leeway.
Any other questions, please let us know.

I recommend this solution to any corp on the receiveing end of IAC overview bugs. It has the additional bonus of providing T2 loot to sell, though those hoping for faction mods may be out of luck.

Mynas,
I suggest you talk with Count Tasesine or James Lyrus in regards to this matter. This is a relatively tense situation and one we're trying to resolve amicably at alliance leadership level.
If you, as a member of ISSN are suggesting others undertake shooting IAC it will result in a standings change towards your alliance.
This is something we're trying extremely hard to avoid, and you're not helping the case.

Mynas, look back a page.
You requested some tolerance while your standings were corrected, we've asked for the same.
An hour long discussion happened last night between ISS and IAC in which I was assured we would not be shot at and I promised the same in return. I roll out of bed this morning to find out a gang of 3 of your pilots have continue to shoot at us. They were suitabley sent on their way but this helps the case in absolutely no way whatsoever.
Now you, come on here and publically joke that shooting us is an acceptable method of resolving this issue. As I hope you can understand IAC is somewhat of a cut snake at the moment and continued hostilies will result in only one thing.
Get your pilots into line, including yourself as we are attempting to do the same.

Within the next 24 hours, IAC will be returning to a NRDS policy.
Apologies to any neutrals that were affected by the warzone.
